Katherine Wilkerson grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina and began her law practice in Morehead City, North Carolina before moving to Raleigh in 1994. Katherine is a partner in the firm of Lynch & Eatman, L.L.P. and focuses her practice on Commercial Real Estate, Professional Licensing, Land Use and Zoning and Business matters.
Katherine gives regular talks and presentations on real estate and licensing issues. She is an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association and is a member of the Real Property and Land Use and Zoning Sections. She has been a member of the Real Property Section Council since 2007. Katherine is currently serving as the Chair of the Section.
Outside of her law practice Katherine is active in the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women and serves on the Board of Cooperative Ministries for the Moravian Church in America, Southern Province and the Raleigh Moravian Church Board.
