Since the sale of Brody Brothers Dry Goods , we have been involved in numerous real estate developments. Lynch & Eatman has provided us with excellent legal representation in connection with our real estate projects, including La Promenade Shopping Center in Greenville, NC, and the Mayfaire Town Center in Wilmington, NC. Lynch & Eatman represented Mayfaire in all their lease negotiations with national retailers and in the financing transactions with construction and permanent lenders.
