Biography

Katherine Wilkerson is a partner in the firm of Lynch & Eatman, L.L.P. Katherine grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina and began her law practice in Morehead City, North Carolina before moving to Raleigh in 1994. She is a graduate of Smith College and the University of North Carolina School of Law. Katherine focuses her practice on Commercial Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning, Professional Licensing and Business matters.
 
Katherine gives talks and presentations on real estate and licensing issues. She is an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association and is a member of the Real Property and Land Use and Zoning Sections. She currently serves on the North Carolina Bar Association Board of Governors, the North Carolina Bar Foundation Development Committee and is a past chair of the Real Property Section.
 
Outside of her law practice Katherine is active in the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women and serves on boards for the Moravian Church in America, Southern Province where she works with real estate, financial, budget and human resources matters for the church. She is interested in local and state politics, the funding of public education and is a member of her local precinct committee.
