Biography

Carol is Of Counsel in Lynch & Eatman, L.L.P. Her practice is focused on estate planning and estate administration. She grew up in Goldsboro, North Carolina, and after graduating from UVA law school, she joined Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP (now Womble Bond Dickinson) in the business litigation practice group. While taking time off from the full-time practice of law to pursue family and volunteer activities, she taught first year legal research, writing and oral advocacy at UNC law school for three years as an adjunct professor, and she served children in foster care as a Guardian ad Litem for ten years. Prior to joining Lynch & Eatman, L.L.P., she worked as a consultant for Crenshaw Consulting Engineers, Inc.
